The Dôme d'Elyssas is a winemaking tower. It boasts a unique architecture which allows for traditional winemaking, based on gravity. Only four such towers exist in Europe, and this is the only one still in use. You can visit the Dôme and taste the wine produced.
You can also visit a goat farm, see the animals being milked and taste and purchase goats' cheeses.

In-season visits

During the lavender season, the owner will give you a tour of the distillery and show you how the lavender is cut in the traditional manner.
During the truffles season, the owner will be delighted to show you how they are discovered and dug up.
